Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Marigold Tree ("the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Marigold Tree is a wedding planning platform that lets couples build a wedding website, manage guests and RSVPs, and organize related planning tools.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use Marigold Tree to: (a) upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; (b) send unsolicited messages to your guests; (c) attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service; or (d) impersonate another person.

You retain ownership of the content you add to your wedding (text, images, guest lists, and other materials). You grant Marigold Tree a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate the service and display your wedding site to the audience you choose.

You are responsible for the guest information you upload. You represent that you have the right to provide that information to Marigold Tree and to contact those guests in connection with your wedding.

Marigold Tree is currently free to use during beta. We may introduce paid features in the future and will provide notice before any changes take effect for existing accounts.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other users.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marigold Tree will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Marigold Tree operates. [Owner to confirm governing jurisdiction.]
