Marigold Tree ("Marigold Tree," "we," "us") operates the wedding planning platform at marigoldtree.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use information from couples who create an account and from guests who interact with a couple's wedding site.

Account information. When a couple creates an account we collect name, email address, and authentication credentials.

Wedding content. Details couples add to their wedding — such as couple names, wedding date, venue, story, timeline, checklist items, budget entries, vendor contacts, and images uploaded to their site.

Guest lists. Names, contact details, dietary/meal choices, and any notes that couples upload or enter for their guests.

RSVP responses. Answers submitted by guests through a couple's RSVP page.

Usage data. Basic technical information (such as page views on public wedding sites) used to operate and improve the service.

We use information to operate the service, display each couple's wedding site, deliver RSVP responses and seating lookups, and communicate with account holders about their account.

We share information with service providers that help us run the platform (for example, hosting, database, and email delivery). We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication and session management so that account holders stay signed in.

Couples can delete their wedding data from account settings, which removes the associated wedding content, guest list, and RSVP responses. Guests who submitted an RSVP should contact the couple hosting the wedding to request removal, or contact us at the address below for help.

We use industry-standard practices to protect information stored on our platform. No online service can be guaranteed fully secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

Marigold Tree is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Account holders can access and update their information from within the app, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold about them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
